Law Clerks (m/f/d)
Stellenausschreibung
Join our international team: we are looking for up-and-coming legal professionals who want to get involved and help shape our practice. Top grades, enthusiasm and excellent English skills are your ticket in. Ideally, you have already successfully passed your first or even both of your state examinations. In individual cases, a legal clerkship may also be possible before you have completed your first state examination. We are flexible when it comes to the number of working days – so you can continue to focus on your studies.
Our practice in Germany focuses on litigation before state courts, arbitration tribunals and regulatory authorities, particularly in the areas of corporate, patent, soft IP, antitrust, regulatory, commercial, white-collar crime and finance law. Prior knowledge is not required, but a genuine interest in these fields is welcome.
The remuneration is currently €1,500 gross per working day for those who have successfully passed their first state examination and €2,000 gross per working day for those who have successfully passed their second state examination. Law clerks who have not yet taken their first state examination receive €845 gross per working day.
Please apply, stating your preferred start date and the number of working days per week. Also upload your application documents, including a cover letter, CV and transcripts (high school diploma, first and second state examination (if available), law clerkship certificates, employment references).
We look forward to receiving your application.
