Interns (m/f/d)

Mannheim, Berlin, Hamburg, München
Full or part-time
Intern / Student

Stellenausschreibung

Quinn Emanuel is the world’s largest law firm specializing exclusively in litigation – and an internship is the best way to gain an insight into the world of global and cross-border litigation.

Our interns (m/f/d) are given the opportunity to get to know the day-to-day work of our firm right from the start. You will be directly involved in client work to gain a practical understanding of the legal profession in an international law firm.

For the duration of the internship, we assign all interns a personal mentor who is available to offer advice on career-related issues and further professional training (state examination, legal clerkship, PhD, LL.M.).

We are looking for motivated young talent: top grades, enthusiasm and excellent English skills are your ticket in. Our practice in Germany focuses on litigation before state courts, arbitration tribunals and regulatory authorities, particularly in the areas of corporate, patent, soft IP, antitrust, regulatory, commercial, white-collar crime and finance law. Prior knowledge is not required, but a genuine interest in these fields is welcome.

Internships typically last 4–8 weeks and are currently remunerated at €125 gross per week for students in their 1st and 2nd years of study, and €200 gross per week for students from the 3rd year onwards.

Please apply, stating your preferred period, and upload your application documents, including a cover letter, CV and transcripts (high school diploma, current transcript, interim examination certificate, employment references – where available).

We look forward to receiving your application.

About us

Quinn Emanel is the world’s largest law firm that exclusively handles litigation. We brought our unique “litigation only” approach to Germany in 2010. Since then, we have inspired a large number of applicants to join us in litigating national and international disputes in court and resolving complex issues across all areas of law.

The core of our German practice consists of proceedings in the fields of intellectual property, commercial disputes, antitrust law, capital markets and financial law, as well as regulatory proceedings of all kinds. We provide comprehensive advice in both purely domestic and cross-border disputes. This gives you the opportunity to work in an international environment on cases involving German, European, and international law.

From day one, you are fully integrated into our teams and have direct client contact. In line with our philosophy – Talent mandatory. Suit optional – you do not even need to wear a suit.
