Trainees (m/f/d)
Stellenausschreibung
Join our international team: we are looking for colleagues who want to get involved and help shape our practice. Prior knowledge of specific practice areas is not required, but a genuine interest in these fields is welcome. Top grades, a good command of English, enthusiasm and the ability to work well in a team are your ticket in!
During your legal traineeship or elective placement, you will already be setting the course for your future legal career – many of our current attorneys first joined us during their legal clerkship.
Your training is very important to us: we consider you a member of our team and involve you fully in our firm’s processes from the very beginning. With us, you will not only carry out research but also take on responsibility and work alongside experienced attorneys on challenging cases. We also have your second state examination in mind and assign tasks to you that are relevant for your examinations.
The remuneration is currently €1,500 gross per working day. In addition, you will receive a credit of €1,000 towards revision courses or exam preparation courses.
Please apply, stating your preferred period, and upload your application documents, including a cover letter, CV and transcripts (high school diploma, first state examination, legal traineeship certificates, employment references – where available).
We look forward to receiving your application.
About us
Quinn Emanel is the world’s largest law firm that exclusively handles litigation. We brought our unique “litigation only” approach to Germany in 2010. Since then, we have inspired a large number of applicants to join us in litigating national and international disputes in court and resolving complex issues across all areas of law.
The core of our German practice consists of proceedings in the fields of intellectual property, commercial disputes, antitrust law, capital markets and financial law, as well as regulatory proceedings of all kinds. We provide comprehensive advice in both purely domestic and cross-border disputes. This gives you the opportunity to work in an international environment on cases involving German, European, and international law.
From day one, you are fully integrated into our teams and have direct client contact. In line with our philosophy – Talent mandatory. Suit optional – you do not even need to wear a suit.
